The cottages/bungalows are very private.
My coffee from room service was $15.
Get a cottage and you'll be happy. It seems free upgrades are standard.

Comfortable rooms.
The room we had did not have a great view, it was of peoples yards.
Very nice hotel, easy to find. the area immediately around it is not so nice.

Hotel lobby pool area very nice. The beds were very comfortable.
Our friends room had problems with their fireplace and TV. It would have been nice to have some cheese and crackers served with the wine tasting.
The outside and area (front of hotel) were nothing to write home about, but when you walk into the lobby it was absolutely lovely! A very spacious open area with lovely art work. The staff was friendly and helpful. ...read more

Nice structure and grounds, good amenities and restaurant.
Lack of good shades on balcony doors allowed holiday lights to shine in room all night.
It was a nice facility, though not close enough to really walk to downtown Sonoma. We called down in the middle of the night to see if the holiday lights were going to be shut off and they never did. That unfortunately negatively impacted the one thing we hope for in a hotel stay, sleep. Otherwise, it is well kept and staff was attentive. The hot tub.
No cable!
I loved the hotel and the room, but there were only five TV channels. I called the front desk to have it fixed. They said they were sending someone out to fix it but no one came.
